Boslowen is a beautifully refurbished modern bungalow, just 200 yards from the Blue Flag Awarded sandy beach of Widemouth Bay. Its close proximity is perfect for families or those with dogs who want to be able to just stroll down to an amazing beach without the need to get in the car!

Light, bright and stylishly furnished, this three-bedroom property provides superb family accommodation any time of the year.

Enjoy the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of the lounge which offers a wood-burning stove to keep you toasty in the cooler evenings, complete with comfy seating and a Smart 55in TV.  The well-appointed contemporary open-plan kitchen/dining area leads off the lounge with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and Nespresso machine, and is equipped to a high standard for even the most discerning chef.  

Each of the three bedrooms in the property is designed with comfort in mind, with two king-size doubles and one twin room which can be made into a super king bed if required. A travel cot and highchair are available. An additional fold-out bed is also available so the property can sleep 7. A family bathroom and modern shower room complete this spacious accommodation.

Outside is a summer house and a large fenced garden and patio area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and breathing in the sea air!  There is an additional garden laid to grass which is perfect for playing games or for an active dog. A range of outdoor furniture includes a table and chairs, sun loungers, a charcoal BBQ and an outside shower. There is also a sun trap at the front of the house to enjoy morning coffee or to watch the sunsets.

Widemouth Bay (Seaside Awarded) is a wide, sweeping bay well-known for its excellent surf and is popular with families, couples and dog owners who can enjoy the long expanse of sandy beach. Popular surf schools cater for beginners through to pros operating from the beach and the views from the coastal path are truly spectacular!

Please note that the property allows a maximum of 2 dogs per stay and a surcharge of £35.00 per dog
